LIFE BEFORE MBA- Drowsy Panda
We are all Po (regular pandas) without extra skills. We are living our regular life in peace, eating noodles. Before setting our path to mastering our education we are akin to Po’s life as a noodle vendor.
1. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Ping’s noodle shop manages a chubby panda with limited experience and knowledge, a secret fan of Furious Five only dreaming of becoming a kung fu warrior. Similarly, like Po, all candidates hold on to their dreams and work in a senior role in the business industry. Po did not let his noodle cart weight and 528 stairs stop him from reaching the top of the Jade Palace to get chosen as a dragon warrior similarly a dreaming candidate who is unable to picture it needs to reach the dream position by climbing the stairs or firecracker-chair explosion and elevate yourself like Po.
2. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
The journey from the Golden Harvest Noodle Restaurant turning into Dragon Warrior Noodles & Tofu was possible by Po discovering his capabilities and bridging the gap from hand-craving furious five toys to becoming the kung fu warrior and fighting alongside them to protect Valley of Peace. The candidates need to plan their journey and pack dumplings, noodle soups, and cooking pots like Po’s dad to reach the goal of inner peace by discovering their potential in the process and get out of the unfulfilling position to reach the business heights.

The flabby panda is not the solution to the problem and cannot be chosen over the furious five by Oogway as a warrior. “Master, wait!! The training at Jade Palace under Master Shifu, was an eye-opening experience for the panda, Transforming him into a worthy opponent Tai Lung. The 2-year course candidates are mentored and trained to reach their potential and help them shape themself for all future battles.
1. ADVANCED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
The red panda (Master Shifu) takes the responsibility of training the chosen warrior, who destroys the training hall in the first session to Po mastering discipline, focus, and inner peace to finally learn kung fu techniques and skills to stand before Tai Lung alongside the furious five. Similarly, Candidates during their course gain the opportunity to learn from many professors like Master Shifu and learn in an orthodox way (unlike unconventional Po’s way) Mastering all the professional skills to face the business world villains.
2. NETWORKING EXPANSION
Tigress, monkey, Mantis, Viper, and Crane make it easy for Po to gain all the abilities, by fighting against him during training Po relies on Crane for his superhero landing, and Tigress leads the team when Po’s potbelly is stuck. Similarly, the aspirants gain an opportunity to gain knowledge not only from teaching but also from guest lectures, industry experts, and project work. Po learning the art of kung fu from Master Shifu is not enough, but also words of wisdom from great kung fu master Oogway and presenting his staff for the Dragon Warrior.

The evolution of the Po to a dragon warrior took unorthodox ways of training for a long time, similar to the personal growth of a candidate during his course, which needs to be put into focus. The journey of the lazy irresponsible Panda to becoming the dragon warrior is like a candidate dreaming of doing an MBA and finally graduating. Finally, aspirants reach their true potential and achieve what they thought was impossible, but was always meant to be.
1. CAREER ADVANCEMENT
From being a noodle guy to a protector of Valley of Peace, The luckily chosen Po through his dedication, hard work and never giving up attitude attained the impossible. Similarly confused aspirants after 2 years of learning, taking direction, and guidance navigate their path out of the university towards the unsettling realm of business. Po fought battles against opponents who were beyond his power (a skilled martialist, a one with deadly weapon, one who wields two jade blades) and capability by constantly upscaling himself to save his people, similarly, when graduates upgrade their career after the course and enter the new industry the struggle and obstacles also be a worthy opponents waiting for the battle.
2. INCREASED EARNINGS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Po’s battle between serving food and preparing food flipped suddenly after landing in front of Oogway, making him battle monsters who were trying to destroy the village and kill him. This responsibility came up with giving Po the pride and respect of becoming a dragon warrior. Similarly, after the course, candidates gain a higher position in the industry also a higher earning potential which comes with the burden of higher responsibilities to be faced by the graduates in the market, for which they have been already trained and prepared by gaining hands-on experience through internship during the 2 years course.
3. GLOBAL PERSPECTIVE
The guardian of the Valley of Peace he upgraded himself defeating all the opponents and took up the responsibility to save Gongmen City and traveled with furious five to defeat Lord Shen, Panda Village to save all the pandas and their way of life, and Spirit Realm to restore the balance in the mortal realm.
